At Business & Pleasure Co. Aus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and leisure purchases. If your items aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized Australia Post location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
